This website works without cookies, tracking or analytics services. That is why there is no consent banner.

The fonts are hosted on our own server. Loading the pages does not create a connection to Google or other font providers.

We do not embed any external content such as maps, videos or social media posts.

We process personal data in only two cases: when our host delivers the pages (section 3) and when you write to us (section 4).

This website is delivered via Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

With every visit, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• address accessed (URL)
• browser and operating system (user agent)

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in delivering the website securely and reliably. This data is not combined with other data sources.

We have a data processing agreement with Microsoft pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. It takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Microsoft is certified, and additionally on the basis of standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the following information:

• name
• email address
• phone number and company, if you provide them
• your message

We use this data to process your enquiry and to reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract. In all other cases it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The form is processed via Azure Functions. We send the emails, including the automatic confirmation of receipt to you, via Azure Communication Services. Microsoft operates both services as a processor, as described in section 3.

To protect against spam, the form contains an invisible field and a time check. No profile is created and no additional data is stored.

We store your information until your enquiry has been dealt with. We then delete it unless statutory retention periods apply, for example under commercial or tax law.

You can pause animations using the switch in the navigation. Your browser stores this choice in session storage (sessionStorage) under the key “motion-paused”.

The entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted to us and is deleted when you close the browser window.

You have the following rights with respect to us:

• access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

For all requests, an email to info@buryapgroup.de is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar and by the padlock symbol in your browser.

When encryption is active, data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

We update this privacy policy when the website, our processes or the legal situation change. The version published here applies in each case.
